Effective Date: January 1, 2026

This Authorization and Intellectual Property Legal Notice applies to all books, training programs, certificate courses, videos, training guides, educational materials, and related instructional content authored and created by Doug Brignole and offered by Doug Brignole LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, doing business as Brignole Biomechanics (“Doug Brignole LLC” or “Brignole Biomechanics”).

Exclusive Authorship and Origin of Works

All Doug Brignole books, training programs, certificate courses, training guides, videos, and educational materials were exclusively created and authored by Doug Brignole and constitute derivative works of his original book, The Physics of Resistance Exercise (formerly titled The Physics of Fitness). These instructional systems, methodologies, and educational materials originate solely from Doug Brignole’s authorship and creative development. There are no co-authors of Doug Brignole’s original instructional works.

Succession and Exclusive Commercial Authorization

Doug Brignole passed away on October 13, 2022. Following his death, Doug Brignole LLC was established to continue Doug Brignole’s business, educational programs, and professional legacy, and to serve as the exclusive authorized entity responsible for the commercial licensing, distribution, certification, and sale of Doug Brignole’s intellectual property and educational materials.

All Doug Brignole intellectual property, including all books, derivative works, training programs, certificate courses, educational materials, videos, and instructional content, is exclusively licensed to Doug Brignole LLC.

Exclusive Authorization and Licensing Authority

Doug Brignole LLC is the sole and exclusive authorized entity permitted to offer, sell, distribute, license, certify, or provide access to Doug Brignole intellectual property and educational programs.

Authorized affiliates and licensees include only those persons or entities who have entered into a current, valid, and fully executed written agreement expressly granting authorization by Doug Brignole LLC.

All authorized licensees will be issued an official designation, certification mark, or branded insignia incorporating the Brignole Biomechanics name and/or Doug Brignole LLC logo identifying their status as:

Official Licensed Provider
Doug Brignole LLC dba Brignole Biomechanics

Only those persons or entities possessing both:

A current, valid written license agreement issued by Doug Brignole LLC; and

An official licensing designation issued directly by Doug Brignole LLC

are authorized licensees.

No other individual, business, vendor, organization, or entity is authorized to offer, sell, distribute, or certify Doug Brignole intellectual property.

Unauthorized Use and Enforcement

Any offering, sale, distribution, certification, reproduction, or representation of Doug Brignole intellectual property without express written authorization from Doug Brignole LLC constitutes unauthorized use and may constitute intellectual property infringement.

Any purported Doug Brignole course, certificate program, product, or educational material offered without express written authorization and official licensing designation issued by Doug Brignole LLC is unauthorized and may not be recognized as official or valid.

Doug Brignole LLC reserves all rights to enforce its intellectual property and licensing rights.
